B1 = B2, if B2 is blank, can B1 also be blank, but not zero?

You say that B1=B2,
so if B2 is blank then logically B1 *must* also be blank.

I'm afraid that is about as much sense as I can
make from your post.

Perhaps you might like to try again with more detail.
