OK, every time I start my computer it dispalys a mesage that says
"b.exe has encountered aproblem and needs to shut down"

how do I solve this

(thanks for solving the traytapp problem I had)

Your computer is infected. Go through these virus/malware removal steps
systematically, doing all preparatory work and include scanning with
either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi_AV as described at the link:
