I need documentation abt this activex object(AxDHTMLEDLib). Could
someone point me to where I can get it.

If my guess that this type library corresponds to the DHTML Editor object is
right, you may find the DHTML Editor SDK on the Microsoft web site - look
for "DHTML Editing Component"
