avimgt.eve file turned virus and won't fix

I was playing a comp game and this message from my antivirus program and it said that i had a virus named avimgt.eve and it couldnt repair/quarinteen/delete or even access it. It is located in c/windows/system32/ and i found it my self and no matter what i do i cant touch it and i dont know what it does other than keep alerting my anti virus progam making it almost impossible to do anything with it going beszerk. Can anyone offer any help information or addvise on what to do?
