Avg, Min, Max of an Array

I need a few formulas which can take data records and give me Average, Min,
and Max quantities of several catagories..

The array simply 2 columns with individual entries of Product Name and
Quantity of Fruit in Case, one entry for each Case of Product. For the
example, there are 400 individual rows of cased product recorded.

Example of expected results:

=Product= # of Cases Case Avg Case Min
Case Max
Apples Small 48 40 33
45
Apples Medium 40 30 22
33
Apples Large 25 24 21
26
Oranges Small 100 30 27
32
Oranges Medium 112 24 22
25
Oranges Large 75 20 18
22
 
Take a look at Data|pivottables.

You might find it sufficient.
