Avery label sheet 5960 incorrectly identified as A4 size

In Word 2007 I pick an Avery label 5960 which is a letter-sized template.
When I go to print, it is mis-identified as an A4 size and my printer gives
an error saying sheet is loaded incorrectly and won't print.

an error saying sheet is loaded incorrectly and won't print.

I figured it out . The little arrow in the lower right-hand corner of the
page layout tab. Clicking it opens up the dialog sheet. I changed from manual
feed to default tray. I then got the error that borders are outside of
printable area; for that I click ignore. Why this behavior hasn't changed
from earlier versions of Word I do not understand. Almost every printer can
take a label sheet in it's default tray now.

I also have an issue with help. Why does help simply load the default
Microsoft Office page?
