Hi All,
I'm working on an application where I want users to be able to make
labels. There is no guarantee that they'll have Word, so I can't count on
a merge to Word as a solution.
It seems easy enough to throw a report together to set them up, but I
need the dimensional specs for all the labels I want to support. I've
looked around the avery and microsoft saites, but haven't found anything.
I really don't want to have to type them all in by hand. Does anyone know
of a downloadable spreadsheet or DB containing Avery label specs?

Go to http://www.avery.com They have specs, tips templates etc.

Access 2.0, 97, 2000 and 2002 all have the Mfr., Number, Dimensions, and #
of labels across as a part of the Label Wizard, selectable when you start to
create a new Report.

Hi Cheryl,
Again, I want to use this in an app. It'll go out with the runtime
lib, so Access won't be in the mix. Is there a way I can either:

1) get at the wizard's data, so I can apply it myself, or

2) include the wizard in my app, having it return the pertinent data to my
code after a user makes a selection with it?

Thanks for the help

Boy, I've been all over that site. I haven't been able to find any
downloadable specs. I found specs for individual labels there, but I can
get those out of MS Word. I just don't want to have to hunt them all down
and type them individually. Did you find a spec sheet covering all the
different styles on there?
