Avery 5260 labels print incorrectly

The 5260s print 10 rows x 3 columns. But under Access 2003 I only get 9 rows.
I downloaded / installed SP2 but the problem still exists. Anyone know of a
fix for this. When I created labels under a previous release of Access I had
no problem so it's not the printer.

First, make sure you have the very latest driver for your printer. 2003,
and XP, both require the latest driver possible.
Use the web to locate the driver...
If you converted a good working mdb to 2003 (with no changes) and there are
printing issues, that's the first thing to suspect.

What are the top and bottom margins of your report? I expect they add up to
over 1". There are many printers that don't allow a bottom margin of .5" or
less.

Thanks for the help.
I went to the HP site and downloaded/installed the latest driver for the 932c.
I then created another set of labels and Viola - they were created correctly.
Thanks again

Yes. My old labels were 9 x 3. And after the new driver they were still bad.
So I created a new identical label report and it was correct at 10 x 3;
