autotext - retreaving information from

I want to set up and expanding form (eg. if the user select radio button A,
autotex "Form#1" appears, radio button B, autotext "Form#3" and "Form#5" etc)
within each autotext form the user adds information into a table (the tables
may exand to accept additional information).

Eventually I need to extract the information from Word into Excel . Putting
aside the Excel/Word retreaval (that is answered elsewhere) - How can I
identify the individual cells within a table in a textbox generated by an
autotext?
