AutoText and Macros

When you have 2 autotext words and one is the same as the other with extra
lettering (ex. Health and Health Science Center), is there a macro out there
that is written or modified to give the first shorter word and then if you go
beyond the second longer word? (Such as with dates - month and month plus
date stamp)
If so, does anyone know where I can find one or tell me how I can create one?

Thanks,
John

I would suggest you would better spend your time organizing your AutoText
entry names so as to avoid this problem. While Word defaults to giving an
entry the same name as the content, this is not required or necessarily
desirable.

BTW I know of no such macro.
