Autosend emails

Hi there,

Is there a way to auto send emails on a daily basis? And do my outlook have
to be open to be able to do this?

I don't mind whether this runs from within en email, a recurring task or a
scheduled tasks - I just don't know how to do it.

I've run through this procedure, but cannot get to add a personalised form on
my Outlook (2003)...
