I'm using the Powerlink software I downloaded from
www.soniacoleman.com to make a PPT presentation burned to
CD to autorun.

I want the Presentation to autorun when I insert the CD
into any PC, which it does; however, it first pops up a
license agreement for the PPT viewer (to which I must
agree)and the slideshow runs ok, but it doesn't play the
sound file I have associated with my presentation.

Any special instructions for a .mid file to play
automatically on autorun?

Can I remove (or permanently check YES) to agree to the
license so my users don't have to?

Also, what do users do when they have disabled the autorun
feature on their PCs? Should the CD autorun anyway?

any ideas?
Thanks,
Doreen

Doreen,

Sonia will be along shortly. She's the expert on autorun
cds/powerlink/viewer etc

But I know this one..
Also, what do users do when they have disabled the autorun
feature on their PCs? Should the CD autorun anyway?

If autorun has been disabled on a PC then the CD will not automatically run.
If you hold down the Shift key when inserting a CD, this temporarily
disables the autorun feature.

What version of PowerPoint are you using? If it's 97 or 2000, there is a
bug in the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer and inserted audios won't play. The only
work around is to either use the old PowerPoint 97 Viewer, or save the file
in PowerPoint 2002 and the new Viewer will work.

The license agreement requires that everyone agree to the terms once and
once only. If there is a way to bypass this screen I don't know how.
