Autorun CD on Mac

I've copied a Web site to a CD-R making sure all file names are no longer
than 8 characters and extensions are 3 characters. As Steve Easton
suggested, I used the following Autorun file. It works great on a PC but
not on a Mac computer:

[Autorun]
shellexecute=webfoldername\index.htm

I've been told that Macintosh computers do not support this type of autorun
operation. Is there an equivalent file that would allow the home page to
automatically display when the CD is inserted into a Mac?

How is this file saved in a text editor as a batch file or what to make it
run?

[Autorun]
shellexecute=webfoldername\index.htm

The file is saved as autorun.inf in the root directory of the CD. I used
Notepad to create it. Hope this is what you wanted to know.

On a DVD, you use minus R or Plus R? - R +R

I'm glad that's what you needed. I didn't understand your burning procedure.
In my Windows XP, I just drag the files to the CD drive.

I meant which format was best, the -R or the +R
I bought the +R and tried your notepad technique and it all works fine.
In fact this web with all the movies and photos were published to the DVD
and it loads so much faster then the Net
