AutoReply in out of office assistant don't send mail

I use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.
For just an account, the out of office assistant don't send autoreply mail
when select "I am currently Out of the office".
No rules are applied for this profile and no forwarding address are applied
for this account.

Anyone could help me?

Does it work internally? If so, your Exchange admin would need to open up
OOF autoreply to the Internet in Exchange System Manager - it's disabled by
default.
 
It doesn't work internally and externally.
