Hi all,

Another strange problem is happening here, we have a couple of users who's
auto preview (the bit the appears under the subject) is switching itself
off. The machines have been rebuilt a couple of times now and teh mail
profile and normal user profile reset but it still keeps on doing it.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be doing this?

Sorry to be a pain,
Andy D (again)

Did they create a custom view or edit an existing view? Try creating a
custom view and see if it continues to disappear.

Nope this is just the standard out of the box view, nothing special about
it. I will try creating a custom view and see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks Diane,
A
