autoplay starts up everytime the computer is stared up help

ime i start up the computer a box with autoplay is displayed with a little
tourch going from side to side, and it will not cancel it is coming on every
few seconds and is really getting on my nerves as i am unable to do nothing
on the computer without it interupting any thing i do, does any one know why
this is and how i can stop it, sometimes if i restart the computer it will
stop, but it is happening everytime i switch on, any ideas has to what i can
do to stop it i would really appreciate it. many thanks

Remove all CDs before you shut down the computer.

If you don't have any CDs in your drive(s), try the Autoplay Repair Wizard from
Microsoft:

If neither of the two suggestions in my previous post worked, you can read through

suggestions. Unfortunately, the person with what appears to have been your problem
ultimately elected to re-install Windows ...
