AutoNumber Field

Hello I have a table in in that table I have a refrence
number.... I have the folowing set in my autonumber
field...

"MR"00000

Which seems to work fine... It works up in an incriment...
Where it falls over is on the form its self.... Basically
I want it to come up and say in the field (on a form) that
it is MR00001 or what ever but it dosent... it says 1 or 2
or something...

How do I get it to do what I want?

James, go to the design view for your form and right-click the AutoNumber
field control. Select Properties. Go to the Format property and enter
"MR"00000 there. Save and close the form. Next time you open it, the
AutoNumber field should show MR00001.
