Through the help of the link

on automation I can create through the use of an access form an appointment
in Outlook. This is sent and added automatically to my outlook calendar. My
question is does anyone know if there is a way to add this appointment also
to a collegues calendar in the case we need the go with the 2 of us.

I'm not sure, but you may want to ask your question in the outlook forum.
They are more experienced programming outlook and propably better positioned
to give you an answer.

and in addition to daniels answer keep in mind that working with recipients
in the outlook model pops up a form asking for confirmation when you want to
send something... The outlook group can tell you more on that
