Automation Error during LDAP Logon

Hi,

I have done LDAP authentication for my application.
When I logon using LDAP I get an Automation Error, " The
Server is not Operational" in XP machines only.
The same works fine in Windows 2k pro.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
