Automating dropdowns

I am trying to create a simple form which needs to contain changes in text depending on selections made in a dropdown box at the start. For example: if the dropdown choices are "one/many", then the changes later in the form will be "it/them". I am sure this can be done, but I would appreciate help as I am a beginner with VBA.
