Automaticaly open notes

Hello,

I would like to know if there is a possibility in Outlook to open note
directly when Outlook is started. The notes schould be placed on th
desktop. (Like this it works like the program "Post-it".)
Right now the Notes page opens at start-up (I found this option) but
can't find an option to open/start-up the notes themselves.
