automatically shuting down system

I have problem with shuting down my PC when I am using internet explorer. I can stop that process. Usually I see a message i(small window) nforming me that somthing is wrong with WINDOWS and system is going to shut down which usually takes app. 1 min. Does anybody know how it supposed to be solved /
 
Sounds like the SASSER virus - please post the EXACT text
of the error message . . .
