Automatically send the same attachment I received when I reply?

Is there a way I can set Outlook to automatically include the attachment I
received in an email when I reply to the email? Outlook includes the
attachment automatically when you FORWARD a message, but not whey you REPLY.
 
No, since Outlook assumes there's no need to send back the same attachment
to the person that sent it to you. Lotus Notes keeps attachments in replies
and I could never figure out why.
 
Ok.. thanks. Sometimes there are instances when the attachment I received
was not complete or incorrect and it's helpful to send it back to the
originator.
