Automatically send emails in Outlook

Hi,

Im wanting to know if its possible to create a function so
my Outlook sends an automatic email to another email
address, without prompting from me.

I would like it to do this every 30 minutes.

Is this possible?

I use both Office 2000 and Office 2003 on seperate PCs so
if its available under either that would be great, but how
is it done?? If possible.

not sure what else to add, but if you need to know extra
information please let me know and I'll supply it to you.

Any guidance would be superb
