Is it possible to set Outlook up so as to use a certain outgoing
server/account when replying to email in a given folder? ... I'd be
interested in any other methods of earmarking certain accounts to respond to
certain emails. For example, I have my isp's assigned email address
(e-mail address removed) and a server attached to my business site, www.lewsbusiness.com
which allows me to use (e-mail address removed) as a business email address.
When I receive email addressed to my business, I'd like the response to
automatically be sent via the sites smtp server. The server account is
listed in Outlook accounts, but I often forget to use the pull down menu to
make the selection.

if you use outlook 2002 or 2003 that replies should go on the account they
arrived on.

replies, ie regardless of the incoming acct?

you can use rules or the option to save replies with the original - look in
tools. options, email button, advanced.
