automatically redirect incoming email to specific folder in office

How is this done as opposed to the mail going directly to the inbox? For
example, if I created a folder called 'AOL', how do I automatically redirect
all incoming emails from aol.com to the AOL folder? Also, how do I redirect
other email addresses to certain folders? What options do I go to? Thanks.
 
You can do this by creating a Wizard Rule; Tools-> Rules and Alerts...
