When I receive email from one particular contact, it is automatically sent to
my "Deleted Items" folder. There are no rules set up to do this. I even
made a rule for that person that says that all mail from that person is to be
sent to my "Personal Mail" folder (which I made to try to correct the
problem). However, email from this person still goes straight to the
"Deleted Items" folder. What could be causing this problem? Please send any
ideas or advice to (e-mail address removed)
