Automatically move mail *from* Deleted Items folder

I get a lot of email that I read quickly then delete using a swift
press on the delete key which drops the mail into the Deleted Items
folder. However, I never want to loose the mail so I regularly move
all the mail from Deleted Items into another folder for storage. Is
there any way I can get Outlook 2002 to automatically move any items
that arrive in Deleted Items to another folder? I can't get it to
work with the Rules Wizard as it only allows me to run rules on my
Inbox. Alternatively, how do I set up a method to move the mail from
my Inbox to the storage folder directly without going via Deleted Mail
but still only using a single key press or a single click on an icon?

Thanks,

Ken

Here is an idea

Create a rule that deals with all incoming mail. It should read like this

Apply this rule after the message arrive
Move a copy to the "FOLDER NAME" folde

When it asks for which conditions, do not select anything, click next and it will ask whether to apply to all incoming mail? Click Yes

This will leave you the copy in your inbox for quick reading and then deleting but also leave a copy in another folder if you need to go back to it

Hope this is of some help

Regards
Ash.

A) Don't use your deleted items folder for stuff you need - if it isn't
trash, don't put it in the trash. You wouldn't put your diamond bracelet in
the wastebasket, would you?
B) You can bypass the deleted items folder when deleting by holding down
SHIFT+Del if you don't want clutter.
