Automatically dismiss dialog box

I'm looking for a way to automatically dismiss a recurrent dialog box.
Hopefully there is an "out of the box" solution either freeware or
shareware program or script.

I have found PTFB Pro <http://www.ptfbpro.com/purchase.shtml> and Buzof
<http://www.basta.com/ProdBuzof.htm>. Anyone have any experience with
either of these.

I see that PTFB uses a third party payment processor shareit.com. Buzof
is purchased directly through Basta Computing. Any experience good or
bad with purchasing through shareit.com and/or Basta Computing?

Any other alternatives?

Sorry for so many basic questions. I am mainly a Mac person trying to
set up a Windows computer for a family member. I am not familiar with
the usual payment houses and software companies -- who to trust etc.

TIA

Matt

What dialog box(es)?

Chances are there is no need to buy *anything*.

Thanks for the quick reply. I like the sound of free.

The program involved is CapTelUsbText. It is a program that interfaces
with a captioned telephone via USB. The captions of the phone call
(much like closed captioned TV) appear on the computer screen. After
the call ends a dialog box appears asking if the user wants to save the
captions to a text file. That is the only user input required. The
file name and path are provided by the program with no interaction
permitted. File name is the date stamp with a default location of the
user's Documents folder.

The dialog box has three buttons -- Yes (the default); No; and Cancel.
All three do respond to either keyboard or mouse input.

I do not care which option is chosen, just as long as the dialog is
dismissed. If the dialog box is allowed to remain on the screen,
subsequent calls will display the captioned text, but it will be
partially hidden by the dialog box. If the dialog box from the
subsequent call is dismissed, the original dialog box will still remain.
The original dialog box will then not respond to keyboard entry. It
requires a mouse click.

I am open to just about any option -- script, registry changes, external
programs. My main problem is that I a neophyte in Windows. I do some
AppleScripting and shell (bash) scripting on the Mac, but that doesn't
do me much good on Windows.

Matt, the problem is that the issue is arising from the program -
CapTelUsbText - not Windows. Contact their tech support for help with their
software.

I understand this. Perhaps I should have made that more clear in the
beginning. This is a very new product. I did submit three feature
requests for program improvement. Their response has been most
favorable.

In the interim, it seems as if Buzof or PTFB Pro may do what I want.
Any experience with either program and/or payment handlers shareit.com
or Basta Computing would be appreciated. In the Mac world, Kagi is a
well respected payment handler. I know nothing about the Windows world
in this respect and could use some help vetting the vendors.

There are quite a few well established third party processors in the
Windows world - Share-It's one of them, along with RegNow, Plimus -
there are others. Nearly all of them have been bought up by Digital
River so there's not much difference TBH!

Thanks for the reply. I did end up using PTFBPro and shareit.com.
Transaction went fine and had my serial number within 12 hours from the
developer.
