Okay this is probably easy for you but, why does my system bypass the user
screen and automatically bootup as the administrator? How can I change this?

I have to loffoff the administrator to get to the user screen.!!

Thanks

Go to Start -> Run.
Copy and paste the following into the Open box:

control userpasswords2

Click OK.
Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this
computer".
In the box that pops up, replace Administrator in the "User
Name" box with your user account. Enter your password twice.
Note: You can leave the password box blank if your account does
not have a password.
Click OK twice and reboot to see if you get the desired
results.

If you used this procedure earlier to logon automatically, you
probably left the "Adminstrator" account listed in the "User
Name" box. This time make sure you change the User Name to your
account.

Following up on my earlier response, if when you first see User
Accounts displayed there's no check mark next to "Users must
enter a user name and password to use this computer" put one in
the box and click on the Apply button. Now go back and remove
the check mark. Click OK. You'll now see the box pop up where
you'll need to change from Adminstrator to your account.

Sorry for the confusion.
