Automatically add contacts

Will Windows Live Mail automatically add people I e mail to my list as OE
did, or is the deletion of the that facility one of the "improvements"?
 
'Tools|Options|Send', add a checkmark to the "Automatically put people I
reply to in my Contacts list" checkbox.
