Automatic view of pics in email

I need help in changing a setting where I can view an attached picture within
the body of an email versus having to click on each attached picture to view.
How and where is this change done?
 
It is not an Outlook option, unlike Outlook Express. To view pictures in an email, the sender must embed them. It is not configurable by the recipient.
