Automatic Updates/servers not rebooting after install

I run a multi-site network with around 300 XP laptops and
50 Win2K sp4 servers. I have set the domain group policy
to automatically download and install scheduled updates
at 3:00 a.m. everyday. Everything works fine, but the
Win2K sp4 servers do not reboot themselves after the
updates. Everything that I have read leads me to believe
that they should be rebooting themselves. I did NOT set
them to not reboot...

Any help with this would be much appreciated.

To be honest, I never use WU on a server and I certainly don't want it to
reboot without me sitting in front of it. You don't want a blue screen
waiting for you in the morning....
