Automatic Update

I have a problem with automatic update. I'm using xp home edition. My automatic update just keep downloading the same update (Security updates for windows xp (KB835732)) even though i have susccesfully installed it. Please help me....

When i scan for updates, the KB835732 is not there. But my automatic update keeps downloading it,so i just disable my automatic update, and i don't bother about deleting the registry of it and reinstall as instructed in http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;319109&Product=winxp. Would it cause problem other than annoyance if i leave it as it is?
