automatic startup program

Hello to everyone

I have a video server software running on Windows XP and I want this program
automatically start after booting. And if the user closes the program I
want windows to shut down .Also I want to disable to minimize the program
under windows. The data files are stored under the disk C so I want to
prevent any user to delete these data files. Any suggestion for this kind of
work ? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Simply locate your 'video server' xxxxx.exe file and make a shortcut on
this file then drag into 'start-up' folder.

And if the user closes the program I
 
I don't need desktop or any other program. So putting in the ese file in
startup folder would not help. Thanks in anyway.
