Help! I don't know if this is a security issue but while
online this morning (this also happened a couple of days
ago), the screen goes blue and a message appears that
says something to the effect of "Windows has discovered a
problem. Your computer is being shutdown to prevent hard
drive corruption." The message goes on to say disable
disk defragmentation and run CHKS???
I don't know what to do or why I keep getting this
message.
Any suggestions?

To put it in a nutshell, your computer crashed.

This may be due to faulty programs, such as device
drivers. I would strongly recommend updating all your
drivers from manufacturer's web sites or Windows Update.

check the hard disk for errors, click start->run type in chkdsk /F. It will
tell you that you cannot run it and if you wish to run it at next boot. say
yes and reboot. let it run and see if it finds anything....
