Automatic $ shares

Whenever Win2000 systems boots, the admin shares like C$,D$,E$ etc
automatically creates.
I don't want this automatic sharing.
How to remove it.

Administrative shares are enabled/disabled here:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters
Set the value of : AutoShareServer to 1
Set the value of : AutoShareWks to 1
