Automatic send Email

I am using an accounting program, it will send email via my Outlook. Every
email I send Outlook will pop up a message box asks for permission. I have
to send over 100 emails every week and I have to sit in front of the computer
and accept the email one by one. Is there any way I can change the set up
once I accept once, it will accept all. Please help. Thank you very much.
