Does anyone know how I could set up Outlook 2000 to send
an e-mail with standard content automatically - say every
Friday at 4pm?

Thanks Roady, it is just to remind employees - some of
whom work from home and use mail/calendar programs other
than Outlook - about submitting a regular routine report
that they tend to forget, but we will look at that. As an
alternative, do you know if this feature is available as
standard in Outlook 2002 or 2003?
Thanks again

No, scheduling recurring e-mails is not something Outlook can do natively.

Thanks again. In that case we will probably go for the
sperrysoftware solution, and a couple of their other add-
ins too. Thanks for the link and discount code.
