automatic picture sizing?

Hi,

i was wondering if its capable for me to drag/insert a picture into an
already reserved space in the Excel worksheet, say a 10 x 10 cell area.

is it possible?

Sure.

Just insert the picture.
Move it to where you want.

You can select the picture and resize it by using the drag handles on the edges
and corners.
