Automatic Line Breaks

Good afternoon,

One of our managers asked me to research the ability to have outlook wrap at
a certain point, say halfway across the screen, so that his message appear to
be in a column format to the left. Similar as if you went to a certain point
in each line and put a manual line break for each line.

He feels this format would be much cleaner instead of it wrapping the entire
length of the screen.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Account type?
Word or Outlook as the email editor?
Mail Format?

I don't really get the issue. Lines are automatically resized depending on
the size of the window so why add all those breaks? When you then resize the
window to be smaller than where you added a breaks the lines will just all
over the place making it very hard to read.

Our CEO wants his e-mails to look like Memos with the exception of it going
all the way to the end of the screen. He wants the paragraph to look nice
and need and wrap to only the half way point so that he can control the
overall look and feel of the e-mail.

For example:

Dear Neo,

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah BlahBlah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah

Yours truly,

Agent Smith

Instead of:

Dear Neo,

Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah
Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah.

Yours Truly,

Agent Smith

In the first example, there is control of the size and shape of the
paragraphs, where the second example, the paragraph is at the mercy of how
big the person's screen is and what resolution they have.

We have tried the HTML, Rich Text, and Plain Text formats using both Outlook
and Word as the editor and nothing can be done to change it. I do not think
there is anything we can do other than him putting in manual line breaks, but
I have to look into every option before going back to him and saying sorry,
that about it.

Thank you for taking the time to review this issue.
