I want to set Outlook to automatically forward all messages received from
anyone at a particular domain name to another external recipient.

Is there a way of doing this?

Thanks.
Sue

You can create a rule for this which checks for specific words in the
sender's address (such as the domain) and then forwards it to a specific
address.
Tools-> Rules and Alerts...

Are you using Exchange server? If so, the administrator can set up a user
in the AD and configure the mail to it. Otherwise, you need to create a
rule in Outlook.

See http://outlook-tips.net/howto/rules.htm for help creating a rule that
applies to all mail from a domain.

I've set up a rule so messages auto-forward (thanks Roady), but it's not
ideal as it only works when Outlook is running. It'll do for now though,
until I can go the Exchange Server route. Thanks both.
