I have set up rules that worked fine in OE but don't seem to work in Windows Live Mail. Everything goes into storage folders with no consideration of whether the rules are being followed. What next?

I've set up rules that worked the first time I put them in, a few days ago.
Now they are not working, and sending all mail back to inbox.
Does anyone know how I get the rules to stick??
