Automatic Exchange Profile Creation

Hello,
I am trying to configure Outlook so that when a user opens Outlook for the
first time on a particular PC, it automatically creates the Exchange
connection without prompting for the server name or user name.

I was able to successfully use the Office 2003 Resource Kit to make this
work on our XP SP1 PCs, but now that we have upgraded to XP SP2, the OPS file
doesn't apply AT ALL when installing Office 2003. Does anyone have any
suggestions?

Wrong file. The Office Profile Wizard, by default, does not capture mail
account settings. Instead use the Custom Installation Wizard or Custom
Maintenance Wizard to create a .prf file and deploy it with any of the
methods mentioned in the ORK.
