Automatic Emails?

Is there a way to send out an email automatically, on a given day?

For example, I want to send out an email every friday afternoon with the
same exact text in it. Is there a rule I can create that will send out the
email with no user interaction?

Hi beth
Not too sure about setting up a rule but you can create an email then within
the "options "menu you can say not to send it before a certain date. You
could then copy the text into a new message and do the same thing but change
the date to the week after...can use that to do multiple messages...bit messy
but it would work...unless someone else can help with setting up a rule or
something...
