Automatic E-Mail

Is there a way to send an automatic E-mail? I have a
Measurement Devices Calibration history database. I want
to send an automatic e-mail to the Calibration Responsible
when the Next Calibration Date is close.

Thx.
 
Most email programs do not allow anything automatic since that's the way
viruses spread. You can use code with SendObject in Access to send an email
at an interval, but it won't be totally automatic since human intervention
is required to OK its transmission.
