Automatic daily printing from Calendar?

I have been asked to find out if there is a way to set up a shared
calendar to print off daily? I'm not really into writing code, so if
there is a way I'd need some very clever and kind person to write it in
the reply for me and tell me how to set up this automation.

If it is not possible (which I suspect) anyone got any ideas on
alternative methods, please?

If it's shared, why does it need to be printed? Sorry, I just had to ask.

Other than manually printing it, I can't think of anything else....

Sadly, somehow the server "lost" this very busy calendar and they had no
printed record.

As it deals with appointments for bereaved and grieving families it was most
unfortunate and could have been very difficult, as people were arriving
unexpectedly. They want to print it as a backup facility. We are a large
hospital, and when - as sometimes inevitably happens - patients die in the
night, the night shift staff book for the families to come in, using this
shared calendar. When it was "lost" the department had no idea who to expect
or when there would be visits the Chapel of Rest, or the Bereavement Centre.

If they had a daily printed copy, at least the only bit that might get lost
is one overnight period, instead of all the information.

So you see it would be very useful to be able to do this.

So have someone print it every morning while they drink their coffee.

The real answer is, do something with your server/network so it doesn't
"lose" data.

Ah, how I'd love to be able to do that, but it's not up to me!

I agree with the"do-it-yourself" idea, but I thought I'd ask the
learned minds here just in case there was an automated way. Seems not,
so I'll go back to my caller & tell them that...

Thanks everyone.

Sorry I can't be of more help....I just can't think of anything.

I set him up a recurring task that will simply remind him to print it every
day!
Seems happy enough now...

Thanks for the help.
