How to automatically change the cell's bakground colour
if it's value is updated?

I'm thinking you want conditional formatting of sorts. What exactly do you
change on the sheet and what do you want to do with the colors?

1) Do you want a specific color if the value is within certain ranges

2) Do you want a color if the cell has been changed at all (one value to
another)

I want the cell's colour turn to another colour if it's value is
edited/changed.
And if possible for cell with formula too?The main problem is I can't write
the code.I understand how to use CF but almost the cell value is text.
I want to apply this condition to a workbook,but there are many many ws
in it.
