Automatic BCC possible with Outlook?

I've just switched to using Outlook, and discovered there doesn't appear to
be a way to always BCC myself. Is there a way to do this, that I just
haven't figured out yet?

I don't get why you'd want to do this? Why not just keep a copy of all sent
items in your Sent Items folder?
