automatic backup of folder

I routinely backup two folders by means of zipping them to the Shared Documents folder of a different computer on my home LAN. I would like to automate this so that it occurs evrytime the computer shuts down provided the 'backup" computer is switched on.

Can someone show me a script or setup that will achieve this please?
 
I dont have one,but go to TechNet at microsoft,then go to script center.They'll
have more info than one could ever use...
